I'm writing this post on Sunday because I wasn't in my house this weekend. The posts up from Friday and Saturday will be pretty vague because I do not feel like writing everything because I can't recall everything I would have written on those days.

I had a talk with W and J on more of what I went through as a child which affects how I act now. A lot of mental abuse was done to me so it's stuck with me for all these years. I'm still working on it. I can identify when it's the mental abuse talking and not me and I'm still in the process of figuring out who I am, allowing myself to fail here and there and trusting and talking to others. It's all work and it's not something I should run away from when times get hard. It's a fight because it's a big problem. Many people end their lives or spend the rest of it living with the problem. In other words, they took the easy way out which has no benefits.

Note: I'm talking the hard way out so there's going to be lots of work because there's so many good things waiting for me at the end of the challenge.
