Day 012: A Second Entry
I thought I should post this after writing it on KH3. It's something that I should have on this blog. I hate that it's going to be shown over the previous post, but it's one that needs to be made.

I've had... well, I still have anxiety problems. They come and go, but what I'm trying to do right now is to keep a blog where I write every day in order to prevent myself from going down that road again. I'll never forget when I broke down from it. I was crying, screaming, kicking, huddled in a corner, pulling my hair out, and I believe I hit myself in the head a couple of times. It's scary to look back on and the experience itself is hard to describe. It's like letting out all of it at once so there's that bit of relief as it happens, but at the same time you just feel insane. Completely and utterly insane. It didn't help that my mother was just telling me to stop/calm down, wouldn't come near me, and keeps referring to it every time I get stressed or look like anxiety is going to take over. Smaller ones are more common and happen here and there with some crying, but they're not like that big one. It's all a matter of knowing when it's coming or happening and stopping it dead in its tracks.
